Production process of women’s PVC injection shoes

(1) Ingredients and kneading: Weigh the PVC resin and various additives according to the formula, mix them in a high-speed mixer, put them in a cooling mixer at about 100°C, and cool down to below 50°C for discharge.
(2) Granulation: extruder granulation. The temperature of the self-feeding section of the single-screw extruder is 120℃,
150°C, 160°C, 145°C.
(3) Injection molding: the temperature of the injection molding machine from the feeding section to the head part is 140~145℃, 170~175℃, 160~165℃ (three-stage). The feeding amount and setting time are adjusted appropriately according to the different equipment and shoe size.
(4) PVC soles are usually produced by hot extrusion and cold pressing. The hot extruded PVC melt round rod uses two extruders in series. The first extruder is mainly used for plasticization. The PVC material after a plasticization directly enters the second extruder for further plasticization and extrusion. Into a round rod of melt.
The round rod is cut into a rod of a certain length according to the size of the shoe sole, and is quickly fed into the shoe mold, and molded by cold pressing, and the shoe sole is formed after being demolded. Temperature of two extruders in tandem:
The first set: 150~155℃ in feeding section and 160~165℃ in discharging section.
The second set: 165~170℃ in the feeding section, 170~175℃ in the middle section, and 175~180℃ in the discharging section. The holding time for cold pressing is 2~2.5 minutes.
