(1) Selection
Men’s PU injection shoe molds generally use three-mold injection molds, and the PU film uses hot melt film;
(2) Open a vacuum channel
Place the lower mold in the PU mold in step one on the drilling machine for opening design, the hole is connected to the process groove in the lower mold, and the aperture range is 1cm-2cm;
(3) Add hot melt film pattern
Pattern addition can be used to spray design patterns on the PU film by spraying, or printing can be used to design patterns;
(4) Hot melt film adsorption
Adsorb the processed hot melt film on the mold, and use the opened vacuum channel to connect to a vacuum pump for vacuuming, so that the hot melt film is completely adsorbed in the process tank;
(5) Injection
The raw material is injected with a screw pre-plasticizer, which is conducive to the pre-plasticizing screw injecting the molten raw material into the injection rod, and then injecting the injection rod into the injection hole of the pu mold. During the injection molding process, the vacuum pump stops working;
(6) Heat forming
After the injection, the vacuum pump stops working, and the vacuum suction temperature is controlled at 100°C. After 3 minutes of heating and molding, a finished piece of men’s PU injection shoes is obtained. The color degree is not less than 5.0, and the PU film viscosity is not less than 30kg/cm;
(7) Cooling
Open the PU mold, take out the finished men’s PU injection molded shoes, and cool them by natural cooling;
(8) Packaging
The finished products after cooling are packaged on the packaging machine and transported to the warehouse for storage.
