1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an professional industrial and trading company with 18 years’ manufacturing experience, so we operate both manufacturing and trading.
2. What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 500pairs for regular and 2400pairs for custom products.
3. May I get a sample for reference ?
Yes , Of course. Current sample will be free for you and you only need to pay for the freight. But for customized samples, we need some sample fee and these fees will be returned to you after placing a bulk order.
4. How can I get the price of the fabric or shoes that I want ?
You can show us the product picture, quantity and your regular packing details. We will give you a exact price accordingly.
5. How about the quality guarantee?
1.If you have Chinese agency , the best way is to do the inspection before shipment . If it is difficult for you , you can check them via video call.
2.Of course, we also have our QC team. We will pay close attention to the production of the order and guarantee the delivery date.
6. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge, the samples will be ready for delivery in 1week and will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5-7 days.
7.What is your payment way?
We accept T/T，L/C，Western Union. The other payment is also negotiable if necessary.
8.What about the lead time ?
The lead time is various according to quantity and packing. Usually 10-15 working day for 10,000pairs fly-knit upper order and 30-35 working day is enough for 10,000pairs shoes order. If you need the fabric or shoes urgently, we will try our best to catch your delivery time.
9.Which city is your port of departure?
Qingdao. And any other port is also negotiable.
